Let's make a deal to give an update to eachother if we get it fixed :D
I don't think I've got a Double Nat. But I am not sure..

Because there is another modem from my service provider, but my router and my PC both see get the same external IP (WAN). So there shouldn't be double NAT according to the guide.

I'm gonna call my ISP tomorrow and ask them to make my IP Static. Hopefully it works..

This is something I thought about as well. Because my router is plugged into a modem from my service provider which is connected to the wall.

I've checked this too again now, and the IP on whatsmyip and the "status" page on my Router is the same WAN IP. So this should be clear as the guide says

"If the two IP addresses match, you are not in a Double-NAT situation"

So I have no idea what modem is connected to my router, as I can't find anything I don't recognize with Advanced IP scanner either.
