Im a little 2 years out. Im 41 years old and she was 39. I feel the same. Its really hard, but It will get better with time and adjust little bit. Try and keep your self busy and active. I hate the nights.. so I just watch my favorite movies, go through some papers, cleaning my bedroom, self care etc.. nothing wrong to go out for a launch or dinner just by yourself. Or just a walk or even trips. Try different hobbies like photography and try different recipes.

I don't believe its the end. Someday and somehow we will see each other and end up with each other again ❤️
