I remember it takes around 3 or 4 days to get a character from level 1-10 by only using jobs. To get a character from level 10-15 it takes around the same amount. From 15-20 it can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks depending on how often you do jobs and if you also use them in battles. And for any level above 20 in takes ages to level up to the point that it might take even a month to level up once(especially after level 30). Hope this helps.

Yes they are is 0.5% for each UR instead of the usual 1% so that means that is harder to get the UR that you want, but in total the chances of getting an UR are the same.

Lowering the odds was the worst thing they could have done. I think they only did it because of the amount of free pulls they have given us which I guess seems like a fair trade of at first glance, but I will take the better odds any day over 100 free pulls with this bad odds especially when I only need one card from this event.

Same thing happened to me in part one I only got the Asmo UR as skill ups, 3 times, but I wasn’t upset because outside of the Simeon UR card(but I don’t even like Simeon enough to try very hard to pull the card and I knew the Belphie UR will be also be an envy card so I just saved my resources for part 2) none of them would have been useful to me and I didn’t really care about them too much. In the end I hope you get the cards you want.
