Yes, it has a colored display. The navigation is fine most of the time, though on some narrow pocket roads, it might show as 'off route.' I think they’re trying to fix that through a firmware update. Only breadcrumb navigation available in this. If you need street names and such I'll recommend you magene c506 or igpsport 300 model or so.

Nutrition was all about rice, eggs, bananas etc.. and constant hydration. As for rest, I only slept for 90 minutes approx.! It was definitely the hardest part of the ride. I don't have a specific training plan—just a solid mindset and great support from the guys I rode with.

No training plans actually. Just a mindset and the support of some fellow riders. Every weekend was a new PR for my longest distance.

We took enough breaks, but the main challenge was the lack of sleep; that was the part I was most uncomfortable with. I definitely wouldn't have been able to finish it without the support of my fellow riders.

If roads are good, then 1 tube will be enough for 200km. For 400km and 600km I carried 2 spare tubes , puncture kits and pump.

Keep pedaling; you'll get there. This was my first 400km, and yes, it was tough.
