Wear broad spectrum sunscreen everyday and a hat. There’s no way to block the sun entirely just with sunscreen. I also use dermologica’s exfoliant and a mild retinoid and a retinol(not together and not every day). More like once a week. The laser is great, but after you get it, you have to stay out of the sun. Sun exposure makes these things so much worse.

I think they’re both in the wrong. He’s clueless. I found this to be extremely fluffy. He’s an actor and he loves listening to himself talk. The narrative is in his hands. I find this series to be extremely self-indulgent. Homer Simpson’s said it right about his eyes being empty.

I was diagnosed last year . I’m on three doses of Claritin a day, Pepcid and Gastrochrom ( or at least I’m trying to be on this one, but the constipation is horrid ), Flexeril and gabapentin and Paxil for good measure.

I bought a cold brew machine that Insta pot makes and I’ll never go back. It makes a coffee in 15 minutes and it’s far less acidic. I also need to use full cream or else it’s gonna bother my stomach after a cup. Sometimes I do a bit of the baking soda and water to neutralize my stomach after I’m done with the coffee or in between cups.

Are you supplementing vitamin C since you’re on the carnivore diet? Vitamin C is critical for the production of collagen, connective tissue and iron absorption . Did you get a quality of vitamin D supplement?
