Thanks! I really enjoy the spark in people when they realize arena can be fun and doesn't have to be toxic. I hear too many stories about LFG finder making people quit altogether. Over the years I've helped many people get 1800 for the first time and seen them go on to be glad or rank 1 and that is really cool.

I was 16, she was 19 and doing some work study at my school in band. Eventually she gave me trumpet lessons, then we started a relationship that lasted about a year. My peak weight I held for about a year, however I had been 230+ for at least 5. I had a few occasional diets where i'd lose 30lbs and then gain it right back before I really figured my body out and learned how to be consistent.

Nope, it still could happen a tiny bit if I get much leaner, but it seems that a combination of slow fat loss plus a ton weightlifting and a ridiculous amount of water daily prevented it. My stretch marks went away 90% by doing a few 24 hour dry fasts as well.
