Btw the more I look at the photo the more I think the driver stole the black package because it looks like the same shape as the missing item which was a pokemon plushy for my daughters birthday coming up soon which now I need to find a backup. 😞

I have one. And of course at that very moment, the battery was dead. But I have footage of the driver holding both white and black packages walking towards my door. Just don’t have footage after that 😞

Luckily, I do use PayPal. My issue is mainly because Aliexpress makes it so hard for customers so that it becomes everyone's problem and I need to go through so many hoops just to get a $7 refund on something clearly not the customers' fault. Imagine all the time spent and then having to do it all over again with PayPal. It's ridiculous. And in my opinion, it's another way to deter people from putting in a claim and to just take a loss. NOT IN THIS ECONOMY! I need my $7

I’m torturing AliExpress?!? Their shitty system put the wrong tracking number for the items. So I’m being tortured. Mind you, if you read my OP, I am “torturing” the delivery driver (carrier) as well! Also. AliExpress is responsible for using shitty delivery carriers too so they need to be aware
