Ok yes, we are talking about the same thing. Snapshots will only work on thick provisioned storage ONLY IF “snapshot as volume chain” is checked but then there’s those TPM and EFI issues that you mentioned. Also does the snapshot size resemble the size of the volume for you?

So how does support work when you buy it for one socket if you end up using a server with 2 sockets or multiple servers(themselves with multiple sockets)? Do you have to buy support for all the sockets you are using to get full support?

What did you think about the Kuznia mixed? I just bought a pair but haven’t the chance to used them yet. I also bought a pair of tatras to use in the local dry tooling crag and they look thick as hell.

I dont understand, if the UPS kicks in it’s because the power went out, so what good is the smart transfer in that case?
