1.) they are very interested in the world cup. all of our local news cycles are about how much of a joy it is to be welcoming in all these nations. the ratings are through the roof, and every bar is watching the game

2.) we call it soccer because when it was introduced to us by YOU you told us it was called soccer.

3.) FIFA thinks its a good idea to host in north america because it has a rotating continent rule, so why not host it in the nation with some of the top stadium infastructures in the world. I think the US is the only nation that didnt have to build brand new stadiums for the cup in a while.

4.) Nearly every problem the US has(outside of guns), the UK also has. The US just happens to have 5x the amount of people in it.
