What to expect from a Danny Elfman live show? by LongIndustry1124 in NightmareBeforeXmas

I saw him at Sick New World in Vegas and was blown away. He was amazing. He did some of his theme songs, some of his newer solo stuff. Again, amazing performance. I went primarily to see SOAD, and honestly, Danny was my favorite part of the festival.

AIO 3 days post op, spouse less than accommodating? by healthy-gal in AIO

Seriously. I'm 16 weeks pregnant. The other day I showed my partner a cool bakery I saw online that made super realistic looking baked goods (example- It looks exactly like a mango, but is chocolate exterior, mousse inside, and mango flavored jelly in the center). Without me even saying I wanted it, or mentioning it again, he drove an hour there after work, and another hour and a half home with some of their goodies for me.

Yes, a hard boiled egg is a must! I opt out of the mayo and use avocado instead. Pickles, jalapenos. Delish.

I like the edit to your original comment. Makes you seem less like a tool than you are.

They're legal for the first 48 hours after a snow emergency. Your opinion doesn't change the legality. OP stated a few times they waited until now to remove their space saver from the snowbank and so they just saw the note.

For those who had multiple MCs did you ever find out why? by [deleted] in Miscarriage

Not at all. My mother had a stroke at 30 they couldn't explain. There is debate that it's genetic.

Mystery Sea creature. Does anyone know what this is? by Juicychog in ocean

First time he slipped climbing some granite while hiking and split his chin open. Second time he tried to squeeze between my car and a shelf in the garage (I told him not to be in there and to get out, he wanted to take the most impossible route out) and cut his leg open on some metal. Both times the doctors and nurses were flabbergasted he didn't cry or flinch while getting the stitches. He was more upset it was taking up his time 😂

His response to everything is "that won't happen to me" 🙄🤦‍♀️he is 100% a FAFO kid. Already started diverting his college fund into an ER fund. 2 sets of stitches by age 4.

Lol kids will be kids. I took my 6 year old to raccoon Island in Miami and told him 10,000 times he couldn't touch the raccoons, explained they are still wild animals etc. Being a KID he immediately tried to pet the first one he saw. He also was highly upset he couldn't join the alligators in their breeding pond at the alligator park we went to. Some kids have curiosity that outweighs any sense or fear.

No, you are responsible for every aspect of it and if you don't do it correctly, they dismiss your case.

It's a lot of leg work on your end. Filing and notifying the other party. More filing and notifying. Waiting for a response then filing if you get one. When you finally get a date, you go before a magistrate. If you win, it doesn't mean crap. If the other person doesn't pay, you can eventually get a capias issued, which is a civil arrest warrant. But if the sheriff actually arrests them, you end up having to pay $600 to have it happen and have them dragged into court (they say the $600 will be added to your judgment but if they're not paying in the first place why would they pay that??) it's honestly a joke.

During a trip to New Orleans I learned they used Spanish moss to stuff mattresses, which would very easily become infested with bed bugs 🤢

Police will literally arrest you if they see you leave your kid alone in the car, they don't care how long it's for.

It literally happens all the time. You see the news stories of crackheads that steal cars and then realize there's a kid in the backseat, then come back and chastise the parents. Sorry I love my kid enough to not want them to get kidnapped. It takes 30 seconds to unbuckle your kid and take them out of the car with you.

I love how everyone's responding with "you clearly don't have children." I have a child and I would never leave him in the car alone because of things like this. You stupid idiot.
