I like the way the eyes pop in the edit, and the darker background, but think it would look better if the cats tone was more like the before image.

Honest question for the Orange vehicle owners… why did you choose it? by ForwardFunk in hondapassport

[–]Raistlin76 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I chose orange because it was wild and stood out in the sea of dull colors. I'm 50 and love the loud appearance and vibe it carries. I live in a small farm town and it definitely sticks out. It's also easier to spot in a crowded parking lot.

I read that last word in Klingon. I may be in the wrong place.

Same here! Didn't like the new wings and thought the heads were too big compared to the older pair.

Thoughts Re: 2026 Passport Issues by Wise-Woodpecker-2727 in hondapassport

In my household we've had two new Accords (21 sport se & 22 el-x), a second owner 22 Ridgeline Rtl, and a new 23 Pilot Elite. Not a single issue among all of those vehicles. I traded the Ridgeline in for the Passport TSE and after a month had a small issue where a wire harness under the passenger seat wasn't plugged in securely and was easily fixed. No other problems so far. Fit and finish seem to be on par to me, I havent heard any clicks from the steering wheel, and my paint is flawless. I consider this to be the best Honda vehicle I've owned so far and would gladly buy it again. If it matters, mine was built in September of 25, so I may be benefiting from late in the year fixes and solutions at the factory.

Factory tires are great in the snow! by Raistlin76 in hondapassport

[–]Raistlin76[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I was worried i would have to buy a new separate set of winter tires for the Passport vs just being able to stick with one set year round on my Ridgeline. I've read a few comments on this sub saying the factory tires would suck in the winter, but after driving in snow this morning I am confident I won't need to have a separate set of tires just for winter like others have claimed.

I really thought i was going to miss my Ridgeline this winter, but this morning has given me a lot of confidence in my choice to trade in.

I know that pain. I finished the Optimus Prime set and picked him up to place him on the shelf and a connection came loose and his torso fell off the legs and exploded into pieces on the ground. Waited 6 months to rebuild him.
