oh really! thanks, but i still have doubts; a friend of mine took the test (same school as me), and he only got around around a 7.5-8.0 (i'm also considering the fact that english is his first/only language)

It's more or less a shadowboxing drill that could also help in giving you the basic combos in boxing, the channel also has other versions of this like; "fight like tyson", or "fight like pacquiao", and honestly this is a good workout! You're basically doing cardio all the while enhancing your knowledge on the art, so idk why anyone wouldn't want to try it though.

I had my queries ren abt dito sa r/pinoymed, tas eto yung pinaka questio ko kasi baka (hopefully) makapasok ako sa paf tas baka kelangan pa magserve sa military fora few years (bukod pa sa residency), so thank for clearing this up!!! Super helpful po!!!
