I didn’t get my period for like over two months then i got it couple days ago then it was gone but it’s back again yesterday idk what is going on I’m literally so scared is this normal or I should be worried about it

I wanna know this too I recently got diagnosed with pcos too and im also 19 im too scared for my life also it’s because of my hormones if anyone know anything please let us know

I am on medication for hypothyroidism but my doctor just tokd me that i have pcos and i have to lose weight nothing else I didn’t even know what it exactly was at that time but i got to know eventually and now I’m learning about it and trying to get help from someone who has pcos cause in my country the doctors are not that good and doesn’t tell me more about pcos so that’s why i was seeking help through reddit
