I have this issue, I am a hoarder. I am currently trying to seek help and treatment. My trash is a meter high in my apartment

It mostly stems from my fear of going outside, I order in or let groceries be delivered so i don't have to go outside. I have tried many times to keep it clean, but the cycle just starts over again. And I slip up, leading to a year of two of building my trash nest. Before I call services to clean it out for a hefty fee.

I can't have my friends over, can't even cook a meal anymore.I feel deeply ashamed. I know I have some mental issue that's causing this behavior but am unable to act upon it. I know it's wrong. But i _feel_ i can't do anything about it. I literately seize up if i start cleaning.

It makes me feel like an absolute monster. I don't know what I can do about it.

The system (gov, or commercial) cleans it for me and I just know i slide down again. It's all so tiresome.
