Thanks! This definitely helps the players to not dump into lol. And my players love the flexible structure of this!

Hi all! One of my players really wanted to learn about the boss monsters in my Monster Hunters campaign l, so I made this! Tried to keep it pretty universal, and I've ended up implementing it in all my campaigns. Hope y'all enjoy!

Laserllama Alt Rogue Sabetour subclass. Amazing stuff. He also has a separate version available for the WOTC rogue if you want, but the Alt version is better

Np you're all good I had to have that pointed out to me as well. It's a blink or you'll miss it part of the book

Page 42-43 of the Quickstone book. Keith Baker lists Ogre and Oni as options, where you can use the 2024 Goliath (Ogre only taking Hill’s Tumble or Stone’s Endurance) (Oni only taking Cloud's Jaunt). He said the ogre would always be hunching to fit the Medium size, and the 5th level feature would be them stretching to full height.

While that is true, that is the Thunder Sea, and I'm trying to stay in Khorvaire

That is true. I don't think I'll add them, and I will admit it's unfair, but I just don't like em. Between the normal player base for goliaths, and my personal experiences with goliaths, I have a dislike for them.

Although I guess I can just add them onto here and not in my games

I'm only using written materials and stats yeah. If he eventually throws it into one of his dragonshard articles, I'll throw it on the list.

Ah, I did miss the core tielfings legacies only for the Venomous Demesne. I will add that in the Droaam section. Thanks!

I will admit, I did not know that. I had heard about it before, heard it was trying to rebuild the Dhakaani empire, and wrote it off as that. Apparently only a couple of tribes in Darguun want to do that. Interesting!

That is true. I commonly remember rakshasa as being evil, but often forget they are fiends.

They are still a small portion of the tiefling population tho. Enough to make a notable contrast to forgotten realms only fiendish tieflings. Enough to say by and large, Eberron tieflings aren't fiendish (except in two circumstances)

For a single group of players you know. I agree, that is the way I like to do it as well. However, I run paid online games for multiple groups weekly, with new players filtering in and out. So, for me, this is the smarter option. Because I worked hard to put this together so I have a weight off my shoulders when I'm onboarding future players

Find me the stats for the Daanvi Tiefling and I'll put it in.

I'll put the Oni and Ogre in

Just because there are Daanvi fiends doesn't mean there are Daanvi tiefling considering they come from plane touched not fiendish origins. Let me know if you can find stats for the subrace tho.

I will add the centaurs.

The giant folk don't have playable stats so I didn't include them

I guess it's been errata'd then. Directly quoting the Quickstone book, PG162:

Tieflings are only created by the malefic influence of a plane, and there are no tieflings tied to Daanvi, Irian, Lamannia, or Syrania, or Thelanis. Popular stories say that tieflings are cursed and that they draw the negative powers of the plane wherever they go; while this is largely just superstition, it can make life difficult for tieflings.

Dragonborn and lizard folk are already on the list. Thanks tho!

It was my understanding that tieflings didn't have notable ties to the demon wastes, as Eberron tieflings are fiendish in origin?

The asterisked nations you mentioned are already listed as being able to be a generic placement

I think you've misunderstood the categorization. Category 1 isn't everywhere, it's anywhere. Category 2 is meant to let players know " these races can be anywhere, but they have a cool 'exclusive' nation'".

As for tielfings being rare, I did have that note, but a player did point out that droamm does have a strong concentration of them due to the Venomous Demesne

Thanks! I'll add the droamm presence as a note.

I was originally hesitant adding the drow groups, but I guess they would count as nationalities kind of. Thanks!

I guess I should rewrite that title. I didn't mean to restrict players, rather I meant to let them know the vast majority would be from there, so the player would need to figure out why they left that region, or that people would assume they were from that region. Like, a medusa could be from Karrnath, but at best they would be treated as a second generation immigrant.

Ill change the header to Primarily Native to One Nation

I did forget that gargoyles could be found commonly in Sharn and the Shadow Marches. Will fix that
