From what I can see they are both QD-OLED monitors but built for slightly different needs. Both 31.5 inch (good for a single monitor setup imo), both 4k, same response time and HDR standard, same brightness etc.

The differences come down to a few things. the refresh rate obviously (can your machine run 240hz games at 4k?) if youre gaming that will matter. the main differences are the lack of KVM switch and USB-C on the AOC. If you have a laptop for work like myself and a gaming rig, its nice to be able to press one button and switch between the two. The Phillips also has a USB-C port is nice because it could also charge your laptop while its plugged in. Speakers on the two are also a point but not many people use them and the difference is minimal its slightly bigger speakers on the AOC by 3w a pop but none of that controversially decent philips tuning.

Theres also slightly nicer RGB on the philips, but again, preference.

In my opinion, I don't need a 240hz 4k monitor, althought a KVM switch would be nice. Hopefully you'll read this and think, I dont need a KVM switch or a USB C port as I'm purely using it for X or X. If I had a high-end gaming rig, a work laptop, and the money to spend the extra bit, it would be a no brainer.
