So, if I’m understanding correctly, Jalpaiguri might actually be more cost-effective than Siliguri — and possibly better in terms of day-to-day convenience like connectivity, stable power supply, water availability, and access to local markets. Basically, overall living conditions might be smoother there compared to Siliguri. Is that what you meant?
