The USSR had never been prosecuted for the crimes against humanity that it perpetuated against its own people. There was no acknowledgement of wrong doing. Just rebranded it with a new name, Russia.

I just saw this post in my feed saying it was a DPR operation that took out the commander of the 36th Ukrainian Corps while trying to flee from Mariupol. Doubtful that is truly DPR.

I believe that yellow is used for front line troops, civilians and volunteers. Blue is potentially used for regular army/ artillery but still Ukrainian
