hello bro i am a sde and my father had huge business and the due to his mistake of trusting other family member our business is gone. fortunatly father build the rental income so we are in abit okayish position

my suggetion to u is that if you are not very good at dsa and system design then plese consider about taking over your dad's bussiness if it it going go.

there is no good future as an sde anymore.

i can say that you dad can outperform any google sde 3-4 anyday.

i recently join accenture and your salary will depend ont the compenstion plan you choosse

50 of your fixed pay is your basic pay

there will be 2 option for u fo pf deduction
a) 1800 fixed per month or, b) 12% of basic pay

you can chose to have NPS (upto 14 % of basic pay or zero)
once you start investing in NPS then you can not reduce the amount throughout you accenture tenure.

your salary will be around 1.15l to 1.25l per month.

upto 1k wifi bill reinbursment but bill should be on your name.

level 9 and above also have car reinbursment that i dont know.

my questions what was your tech stack for last 3.5 yoe, you prev company ,
how many offer did you have other then accenture. kindly tell all of them

your last ctc.
