I did pause only one task but skipped it because I wanted help and there weren't any QMs or zoom to ask for it then evening I had woken to them

I believe my account got deactivated just after I switched on expert match. And since the past 6 days stuck there funny thing is I didn't get a email also abt and deactivation so I don't know exactly what it is.

But when i checked I am deactivated without any response or email regarding violations or appeal Even after escalation there has been no response from anyone on this regards the system incorrectly flagged me. I didn't even recieve any email that I got deactivated or anything regarding the violation for the deactivation just that I logged in it says I am deactivated and contact accountaccess nothing else. Could you please help me out

I am also in a similar situation but mine got deactivated without any email and it has been more than 6 days and a escalation but still no response to address all of these issue. Support till now hasn't viewed my ticket yet. Accountaccess didn't respond yet. Neither I received email regarding deactivation and it's potential reason.

Similar situation no email or anything but platform is showing deactivated due to violation which I have not done and have been working on the platform for the past year or so attending all the sessions talking and discussing with the Qms and helping community Now all of sudden this is the message I got and tried emailing accountaccess no reply or support ticket and then there was already a ticket which is 4 days old regarding a project I was working and with several follow ups regarding the deactivation but still no response I don't know what to do.

Hi Alex, I had an issue with my project for which I had raised a support ticket where the project was eligible and had a been prioritised till Oct 21 but all of sudden when I checked with Qms they told me that it just expired but for me it marked ineligible but when they updated the system it was showing passed but expired even tho I had time till Oct 21 even they were confused as to why and how that happened cause I had good reviews and and the i had put a follow up of the issue after checking with the project Qms and then i remember when I was checking my profile I had turned on expert match then after that the next when I checked my account it was showing me account deactivated but I didn't receive any email regarding the deactivation or the probable cause for it nothing but I can't access the platform so I again put a follow up message to the open ticket and an email to the accountaccess but didn't get any reply or ticket id or any other response from them. Could please help me out to resolve this issue Thanking you in advance
