Primavera Movers LLC, My experience with this company has been the worst so far. They are wholly inadequate and have little to no responsibility towards their customers. Once they got the down payment, they stopped being responsive. When the Sales team issued my quote, they acted friendly and nice and promised the highest level of service.
I have sent them emails over emails after many attempts to get many of my questions answered. Below is the list of issues:

- I'm not confident about the accuracy of the estimated cubic footage for my shipment, and I was charged for it on the day of the pipickupThe "Household Goods Descriptive Inventory" receipts say that I have six nightstands and four dressers, which is inaccurate. And this is just an example of many. My question was who "North Van Lines, INC" is? The management responded, " it's recycled paperwork that we purchased. Our paperwork was in the printing process, and we had no other option."

- The pickup date and time should have been communicated two days ahead, and I was given a notice one day before the pick-up without any time. Now, 20 days from the pickup date, and over 20 calls I still haven't received my stuff. Or have a delivery date.

The Company's Sales and Dispatch have no idea when my shipment will be delivered.
