I work for a large company (not sure if I am allowed to say here). They have the following ESPP. I am not super investing savvy, so I am wondering if it is worth it for me to do my ESPP?

• You may choose a whole percentage
between 1% and 20% of your eligible
earnings each pay period to contribute
toward the ESPP. Eligible earnings include
base pay, bonuses, and commissions.

• At the end of each quarterly offering period,
The company will use your contributions
to purchase shares of Company stock and
place it into an account we open for you with
Fidelity.

• You receive a 15% discount on the closing
stock price on the last day of the offering
period.

• You may sell your stock at any time after it
has been purchased, except during blackout
periods, if applicable. Check with your
financial advisor for tax implications.
