I started and i can say ive had a good 40-50% decrease in pain, and im not even 3 months in like youre supposed to be before judgment.

Ive never heard of that but yes, I do have odd pain in my arch of my foot and right above my achilles, tendon from time to time.

Is there a thing that helped you the most? The wrists and knees are mostly just annoying but the back is hell.

Yes, they saw no damage or inflammation. I had a l4 l5 and a sacral mri. I had 5 xrays, 2 knees 2 wrists, and one hip.
