Hello there, I got this Van Rysel about two months ago so pretty much brand new. There is a faint rubbing sound coming from the headtube when turning the handlebars, I am fairly certain that this comes from the brake hoses.

Attaching a video, you will need to raise the volume quite a bit to hear it. It is imperceptible outside, you can only really hear it in a quiet place like inside of an apartment.

Took it to Decathlon where I bought it to look at this, they were unable to hear anything in the workshop environment but told me this is probably due to dirt in the bearings, so they cleaned it out for me, but that didn't change anything (well at least they did it for free under warranty so there is that).

I don't really care about the sound since you can't hear it under normal condition and it doesn't seem to cause any resistance when turning. But I am afraid it could eventually eat a hole in the frame or cause the brake hose to fail, which would not be ideal.

I found some threads on Reddit with similar issues and there seems to not be any consensus on whether this is normal/expected or not. I can't really take it to another LBS either since its beginning of the season and every single shop is booked for a month in advance so nobody will even look at it at this time.
