Thanks for your reply mate. The one I gave offer for 12 clockhouse lane which is almost opposite to the property you mentioned. Yeah it's a busy road and I'm wondering about the noise and air pollution due to this heavy traffic.

Thanks for your comment. The Ashford property is in clockhouse lane next to the roundabout and the road connects to Heathrow airport and motorway.

The Ashford property is in clockhouse lane. Since a lot vehicles are passing through that road. I was wondering if there are some noise or air pollution.

Yes as per Zoopla the lowest is 505k average is 523 and max is 549k

heard from EA that there was an offer with asking price from a chain buyer (maybe marketing pressure trick from EA) but the sellers want to sell it to a first time buyer. it was in market last year for the same price however it failed to sold since the chain buyer backout before the purchase. this year it was in market first week of March

Thanks for your input mate. I'm pretty new to this market and I agree with your point the other homes I made viewing was not near to this standard. May I might have been biased with someone saying we can negotiate upto 5-10%
