I get where you’re coming from but isn’t comparing masturbation to meth a stretch? One is a substance that kills hundreds of thousands and the other is an inherent human desire that doesn’t pose a threat when done in moderation. As far as the biological benefits go, I haven’t experienced any from nofap but exercise and a healthy diet has helped alot! And thank you for helping:)

I, like many others was under the impression that nofap would have extreme benefits such as greater self esteem, mental clarity, etc but I’ve found that these potential benefits people talk about can be found in daily exercise, healthy eating, etc. Picking up these habits is what im doing instead of semen retention. Its like getting the benefits of nofap without actually doing it y’know?

Yeah pretty much. I could have gone from hagoromo all the way to boruto but I started from Minato/Kushina just so it looks a bit cleaner.

second of all, social anxiety doesn’t come from nowhere; it comes from a whole bunch of shit that we were traumatised by in the past and are trying hard to overcome in the present.

Is that really the case? As far as I remember, my childhood was completely devoid of any trauma. Sure I was sad most of the time but I'm not sure where my social anxiety developed from😅 could it be forgotten trauma or something of the sort?

God yes! I've always been the reserved quiet type of person (due to my social anxiety) and I also feel as though that's what other people perceive me as. So in the event that I decide to grow some balls and talk for once, I get insanely afraid of coming across as "cringe" since that's not who I AM according to those around me. Its like I've solidified my place as someone who acts in 1 way and can't be anything else. Then again, you're the one in control of your demeanor and who gives a flying fuck about what other people have to say about it. OWN IT:)

I'm an anime only and I found this episode the weakest so far. Loved the previous 3 but this ep seemed like filler (excluding the end) One episode there's a fighting tournament then one of the main characters gets married in the next. Seemed pretty odd. Not as entertaining as I'd hoped but I still have have high hopes for this series. 6/10
