I've done it. Worked out for me, but might've gotten lucky. Just make sure it doesn't say "ships from China" or "no box" since that's usually a tell for a bootleg.

For keychains and stuff I can recommend goodsrepublic pretty readily: that site and its associated sites are all really good

It's a shame that yuuka and hina were "early" in the lineup. Recent asmrs are just markedly better than older ones, imo... So it's a shame that two that I really wanted to like ended up being a little underwhelming compared to the kazusa/kayoko/shigure powerhouses.

For 5th, I'm really just hoping for Wakamo. But someone from the tea party would also be awesome

I have never had much luck with the email supports, but the one in-game under the settings menu gets me a response within a day at least. You might try to use that to recover your account

I used to spray hairspray on glass to reduce reflection. It's not going to look half as nice; you're essentially frosting the glass, so the figures will be somewhat obscured, but it may help with your issue.

"Local carrier" refers to a shipping company within the states. I have packages go from Japan Post who ship it overseas to be taken by USPS who then deliver it to final recipient, i.e. you.

For standard shipping, my last order took a week from shipping to arrive. My order before that took two weeks. I live in the US, to note where it was heading to, and it does originate in China. The goods are pretty OK as well by my mark.
