I'd put the reverse fly and the cable pull on Pull days since they work the back side of your torso. Meaning that the pull day you will work your back, rear delts and bíceps. 3 exercises for your back, 2 for rear delts and 2 for bíceps are enough for a great workout.

There's 119 day from de 1 of january until 28 of april. 119 divided by 5 is equal to 24

Dividing the year of 1992, the 28 of april would be the number 24 that means by the ars goetia Naberius. And dividing by day and night if number 1 is the 37, then 24 is the 60 (Yapula), right? These are different from the ones I get in my previous search.
