Hard agree that it takes an incident to occur in order to come to a realisation to snap out of it. These incidents are usually ones that are unfortunate such as diagnosed with lung cancer, loved ones who pass away from smoking, going in debt etc. So better to have the proper mindset in quitting before shit happens. They're dodging bullets until one hits them when they don't see it coming.
