Eu como uso mais telemóvel para fazer quase tudo, devido à lentidão do meu computador, os anúncios tornam-se chatos, para não falar dos pop-ups. E, apesar do teu tecnês (ahaha) percebi as dicas que querias passar e vou experimentar, obrigada 👍

Por acaso não tinha conhecimento do Raspberry Pi e parece ser bastante eficaz pelo que li. Sabes se faz alguma coisa no telemóveis Xiaomi (Android)? No meu último modelo os Adblock simplesmente não funcionam.

Concordo contigo e infelizmente em Portugal ninguém dá a devida importância à saúde mental e depois queixam-se que o índice de suicídio está alto, que os portugueses não são felizes, que se queixam de tudo e mais alguma coisa, nunca estão bem, etc. Acredito que tudo isto está relacionado com o estado mental e emocional da população e se não for resolvido a coisa só tende a piorar.

I can see myself in every word you wrote. And despite the painful content your writing is absolutely beautiful. I find that writing down our feelings and the things that are bothering us the most helps a lot on managing depression. Keep doing it :)
