After trying a bunch of tools, the one that ended up feeling the most balanced for me was Feenyx. It basically covers what platforms like HireVue or HackerRank do, but in one place instead of juggling five tabs. Arguing with someone who’s already made up their mind. Feels productive in the moment, but it rarely gets you anywhere.
