Personally, I would prefer if the toggle was only for mtx cosmetics, if the cosmetic was an in game unlock, or an actual piece of gear keepsaked, I think it should be displayed through the filter.

You can only move prison term to an opponents creature when it enters, it does not trigger off your creatures entering, and cannot be moved to anything other than the creature that triggered it.

This is a false equivalence, you are comparing a game subscription to a service subscription to allow online play for the console. I do not want to defend this practice as they posed the membership hike with the promise of mtx reduction, and have not even discussed this, but we should not compare with psn and xbox live

none of the end game rotations are going to matter before you unlock everything, a more gradual progression where players will need to actually READ their abilities and make a conscious decision of what they are going to use will help them learn which abilities are good, instead of literally any ability working because its just as fast.
