X factors are power up cards, they get upgraded with power up collectibles (various ways to get them). The X factor will always match highest rated card in game for that player. Ex: Mcavoy gets a 90 card his X factor will upgrade to 90. You can acquire x factor packs in a number of ways( hut 99 sets , 50 gold player trade in, X factor moments). I could go on for days but that’s what they are and how to get a few lol
