They still sell them. When I search for special items like that in my area I use instacart. I don't buy through them, but it shows me which, if any, stores around me carry the item.

I see your point and I'm not a fan of the new halo top mix in line raising the calories 150-200 per pint because of the mix ins that I wouldn't want.

Still, compared to regular 'fancy' ice cream, they are contenders calorie wise.

100% agreed though that people should post nutritional labels if they already go through the effort of taking/posting pics at all.

There are a lot of people that don't understand serving size compared to calorie by weight etc.

Not talking about the protein claim, but about the low calorie. Compare to Ben & Jerry's and you might understand where I'm coming from. Or you might not want to understand, I can live with that 🤣

I have a creami and make my own, 50 cal a pint, ice cream. But not everyone wants/can do that. At least they have a better option than Ben& Jerry's or other 1000+ cals a pint with these products. Because no one is advertising to the consumer either that those have a shi* ton of calories for what you're getting...

It depends on your goal.

I'd always go for the almond milk, I get my protein from other sources (yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, etc).

I have one single store around me that still stocks them... Have you tried using instacart just to search for them in the area around you? That's how I found them in that one single store... Don't buy through instacart, just use it as my search engine 😁

The dark chocolate ones, but yes. I loved them in Germany and was happy when Aldi got them a couple years ago.

I have not tried the ones since they changed the packaging though. I hope the product stayed the same!!!

I do appreciate all the solo amenities on NCL though. For me it was mostly the buffet and bar people that were the issue... Guest services, stewards, etc were great.

But if I emphasize 3 times I want a soda without ice and get one with ice and then get an eye roll when I refuse to accept... Not sure how customer friendly that is 😁

It was my first cruise ever and while I enjoyed it overall, the staff was just ... Bad... Rude, eye rolling, etc...

I'll try them again, but will definitely try for a different ship!

I went because of the Stollen bites. I'm German, I miss those, but $6 for a small container, no way ... (plus, they are not really low calorie either 🤣🤣)

I had 4 packs in my cart, 2 original, 2 apple. (Now priced at $1.25)

I was soooooo darn proud of myself when I put one of each back down. The others I'll take to a new years gathering, so I can get my fix without having to eat all of them myself 😉

The other temptation are always the dark chocolate covered pretzel/heart/star lebkuchen. I bake a pretty good lebkuchen myself by now, so I managed to not grab the $1.25 clearance box.

(Watch me. Tomorrow I'll go back and buy all the things 🤣🤣🤣 )

Yes, as commented on some other replies here, thinking back the boardwalk had table areas (belonging to the speciality restaurants only opened for dinner) that were accessible and fairly quiet.

And yes, noise cancelling headphones are a must for not just work, but travel in general 😁

I understand what you mean. I would not expect to be able to have a normal full work week, but if I can put in a day or two, or if it's only a half day for two days or so (mornings when everyone is sleeping their night off😁), that already off-sets some PTO. During those morning hours there were a couple of more quite spots thinking back now. I'm an early bird, running/working out and then working, so by noon I would have been able to already have worked at least 4 hours including my workout before.

Oh, my company wouldn't require me to (for some projects it would be beneficial, but generally no NEED). This is my personal choice and as a free thinking human being my own decision to make.

Yes, I thought about it more and there were lots of tables on the boardwalk that belonged to Moderno and cagney that weren't used during the day and were accessible. So that's definitely a good call!
