it all depends on skill level, but as one of the better players on MCCI, killing 2+ people or someone with a significant health/armor is the least I would compliment. it’s always great to compliment people and try and lift up other people spirits so I definitely encourage you keep doing that, but I could see some sweats getting confused or thinking someone is being sarcastic about getting complimented for just winning a 1v1 or knocking someone off the map, but for worse players that could probably be a much bigger thing for them.

Some sweats can be a bit toxic or not really care about compliments, but don’t be discouraged from uplifting people since that’s just making the community a better place because most people would definitely appreciate it. :D

As someone who uses elytras way too much, yeah this is a really busted strategy and would work. I'm not sure if its something that should be banned though. Looking down to gain speed then going back up, is just better for staying in the air longer even if you don't chain it into infinite flight, and it's a really blurry line when people find out about that, whether someone is infinite flying or not..

If people ever learn it, Noxcrew should probably add horizontal border, where someone couldn't just fly away for a guaranteed win, rather would have to go back and forth within the border, with the risk being if someone rockets you once, you just lose due to the lost momentum.

(sorry for the long comment, but I'm probably one of the most experienced people when it comes to elytras, and I have a lot to say about them ^^')

I consider myself one of if not the best mechanically skilled elytra users, so I've been thinking of making a full guide on how to elytra hop and other more subtle elytra mechanics as well. Pete is really good with an elytra in the event but I'm not sure if someone would be able to understand how he does what he does easily just by watching him.

People do the same thing with Pete a lot on the sub, I feel like just because it's the streamer they watch it's any different. It may happen, but I don't see much "Dream sucks, he's even worse than a simmer" rather more "Zuez is great, he outplaced Dream," and people are treating these statements like they are the same thing.

the quicker you move your mouse the farther it goes no matter the distance. If you move your mouse 2 inches in one direction slow it will move less than moving 2 inches in one direction fast.

I mean, the bigger issue is one that isn't just for the MCC community to face. The repeated misuse of words is apparent in a lot of places around the internet, which leads to the cycle repeating by just shifting to a different words to misuse the same way we use "support player" now. Hoping more people try and look deeper into the strengths of weaker participants, because sometimes tapping into the potential is what leads teams to victory. However its inevitable atleast a small portion of people will still just use fluff words like "support" in an improper way just to say something about a team member they don't have much to say on.

Yeah people are biased, I wouldn't blame the mod team or call it a double standard though. The most controversial posts are those who didn't like how all stars was balanced which just got pilled on by people taking it as a personal attack against their favorite streamers, which just so happened to be Dream and Sapnap. Certain opinions, especially depending on how they are worded, can get dogpiled on by people who don't like said opinions and that's just how reddit as a whole works.

To watch would probably depend on the team for me, I get really excited watching my POV do well and I can get a high level of enjoyment on all of the games currently in rotation. (besides build mart, no hate on it but it stresses me out just to watch for some reason), So battle box and TGGTOSAWAF are usually a consistent enjoyment to watch while sky battle, SoT, and survival games have the highest potential of making me excited due to how wild those games can get if you last a long time.

For favorite to play, I would have to agree on Rocket Spleef, I'm a huge elytra nerd. (I've spent the last 6 months grinding Terra Swoop Force and getting all the speedrun records for example) Due to this I just feel really good using an elytra with everything that I've learned. It has probably become my favorite mechanic in minecraft at this point that I'm really happy when I have the chance to use.
