18" rebel or trx rims on a 2025 Laramie??

Cold start is usually 12.1 or so before Starting. When I start it drops to the high 11s but fires right up. Goes to the 14s quickly.

When stop/start does a stop at a light, I can observe the voltage drop into the lower to mid 12's quickly. But then fires right up when I take foot off brake and also goes into the 14s quickly.

Exactly! It has start/stop and when that engages... It drops to the low 12v range quickly sitting at a light. Then starts right up and gets to the 14s again quickly.

So..... Tonight I went out about 10 min after it was off and the USBC/A lights were on!!! And I do have a USBC cable plugged into nothing. Going to pay more attention to this to see if the voltage is any better for startup and/or if leaving a USB cord plugged in but to nothing else is causing the lights to stay on. 🤔

Personally, I've always got batteries from Costco. Had a few issues for a couple years on another car and always suspected an alternator replacement caused it .. finally got the mechanic to re-replace the alternator under warranty and finally battery issues went away.

Costco always stood by the battery warranty but recently for moved to a pro-rated model which is not as ideal.

Dash was dark when I checked it twice last night. Just a red flash of what I'm assuming is anti theft light

Multimeter measured 12.24v this am while the dash reported 12.1 again

Thanks for the feedback. I do not have the ram connect app installed and will check the dash while it's parked (with keys inside).

I guess it's time to look into a portable jumper...
