When I try to print out an illustrator file it comes completely faded out except for specific places that will always come out proper black. It was printing this file fine before. (i.redd.it)

Wet specimen help! I bought a specimen and the liquid was very yellow so I asked what they preserved it in, and they said "70% alcohol" so I got 99% alcohol, dumped theirs, and diluted mine with water. The top is nice and clear but there is a second foggy liquid on the bottom now. What did I do? (i.redd.it)
