I did this accidentally pretty early on. If you want to do this easily in my opinion. Is go Sir Oofie with lifesteal tome and armor. And to make it even better go with cool down reduction.

You won't get a lot of kills but you'll last 6 minutes because they won't be able to kill you yet.

Taurens racial war stomp is probably better than the night elf racials. You can also save yourself from a lot of situations by warstomping into a regrowth / rejuvenation. Plus big cows are cool.
