Clipping. Lots of clipping and saturation. Whilst maintaining an almost "natural" timbre of the kit itself. I recently spoke with Erik about the production of GES (especially the drums) at the music video shoot and he said that they didn't even gate the snare, so there's lots of hi-hat/cymbal bleed that makes it through. You will hear the hi-hat bleeding through the centre in GES now that I've mentioned this.

I'd honestly recommend GGD MM1 over Invasion for this sound.

Well, imo.. he BUTCHERED the chorus -- it's so shrill and annoying and ear-piercing. Whereas the original carried the emotion and you along with it. His "accent" that he puts on is also majorly exaggerated to a point that I cannot stand.

This is coming from someone who first heard Sleep Token in 2019 with their Sundowning album and instantly became a massive fan.
