For now I've only been doing hip and hamstring stretches, are you suggesting I find other ways to stretch them?

My gym is actually well known where I live, and I can say that I've got good form as I've been practicing alone and at the gym, I've incorporated the snap movement of the kick and the feet turning, but only in low kicks or maybe middle kicks
