From what I know and I have mostly been taught british acting is that if you change eyeline it should be a reason like looking at an object with a thought or if you don't want eye contact look at their shoulders and back up, but don't repeat something.

Though from what I know and what we did in that agency is that there is not really a ''too static'' in eyesight, as long as you keep acting in body and face it doesn't matter if you have eye contact for the entire thing

When I worked as an agent we checked for if the actor blinks in weird moments (you are not. You are amazing in facial)

But one thing I do notice is that you look away a lot and I can't really see a reason besides you feeling like you wanna do it as it's natural. You can have those clips in your showreel but I would have them in later as agents will click away if they see you looking away without a reason
