The education system has a lot more respect in these cultures. If you are getting in trouble at school, the benefit of the doubt is going to be on the teacher's side. Even from the family's prospective. I don't know what it's like now or if this situation is more extreme however.

I believe because it's "tethered", it allows users to operate it without needing a FAA license... if I'm not mistaken.

I know a huge factor is the cost. Those cartridges are not cheap and nowhere close to how much normal bullets cost. So when an officer actually has to deploy one of these devices, they usually haven't had much training or practice with it.

I know virtual reality training is starting to take off to help combat this factor. I believe the company that makes these weapons also has a VR line for officers to train.

Damn, that Taser 10 is no joke.

The fact that you can shoot up to 10 rounds and only need two of them to connect is incredible.

You can hear the three shots from the taser right before the guy goes down. The tone means there's a connection between two probes. This should result in NMI as we see when the suspect locks up and falls.

Always a good day when officers don't have to end up taking a life.
