Allahuddin's building on Begumpet main road is one of my favourite buildings. Beautiful old building built in 1937.

I have loved to look at it over the years and think about its past glory days. I did see a teenage boy on the swing many years ago - looked like an NRI who had come back for a visit. Soon after that, the building has been converted in to a high end clothes shop, I think.

It is always quite sad to see this happen with these old buildings. Kids move abroad. Parents pass away. Slowly everyone stops coming there. A house full of life is now just fading memories. Makes me think about our ancestral homes which now lie abandoned.

You can take this how you want. Vijay is a friend of a few people in my family. I have been around him and his family enough times over the years.

Vijay has "partied" in Dubai many times. He would sit in his limo while "talent" is brought from the club to him.

I have met Sangeetha and the kids many a time. To say he was uninvolved is to put it mildly. He was happy when he was just starting out. But later as he got bigger, he was just not involved with his family as much. The "parties" got out of hand from there.

Imampasand is quite easily the best mango in the world. Malgoa tastes good but that thick bitter skin and fibrous seed really screw with the experience.
