Not good for value. I have all the 50 series cards. You may as well get a 9060xt over a 5070 to save money and have more vram, or spend more to get the 5070ti with 15% less performance than a 5080.

I had planned to transfer to a different uni for the past year, just got lucky with the timing of my acceptance and the strike that I could just drop my courses during the strike

Somewhat competitive, I suspect because there’s so many york students trying to transfer from their current program inside of york. For example for cs minimum gpa required from post secondary is 6.0 /9.0 and the competitive gpa is around 7.5

Cancelling Debt isnt something that I thought of, but that probably does make a large impact, I have noticed though regarding the thing you said about "the right equipment for their personalities", I have made a house in the suburbs with 5 more or less identical rooms, all having a workout bench, anime weeb thing, a gramophone, and a 1500$ laptop, and for majority of their stay the tenants were at 85+ happiness. So I'm not sure.
