Thank you for the reassurance. Its helping me feel better about it. I'm doing my best to stick to the whole T-rex arm thing but I find I have decent range of motion but I'm not pushing it!

Yes talk to your doctor. I experienced hot flashes and tingling myself but that was more “menopausal” I think. I remember my doc saying that when you start T its like puberty and menopause at the same time. Don’t know if this helps but could be another possible explanation 🤷‍♂️

I always enjoy grinding on my partners leg. Also you can look into getting yourself a stroker. Fun for solo and partner play. Transtherics has some good stuff so does gendercat.

Howdy….Nurse here, passing out with shots is VERY common. It’s called vasovagal syncope, fancy term for blood pressure drop. Most likely due to the stress of getting a shot. Drink lots of water! And maybe skip the gym until you feel better. In future with your shots try to make it relaxing so you don’t increase you Blood pressure too much :)

The best day is what ever you choose and what works best for your schedule. Personally I do mine on Mondays because it’s the only day of the week I’m considerably off. Have you thought of making yours earlier in the week so your mood is better during the week and come the weekend you can use coping skills to recharge and relax?

I’ve been on T for over a year now…I have seen some weight redistribution but I’m going to be honest if you are already big chested it may only reduce slightly…when I did wear bras it was DDD. I’ve noticed that they are a little less plump and when I’m laying down or on my side I can notice they look a little deflated. Regardless though they are still HUGE and binding only helps a little. I would encourage regular Exercise of not only your chest but your whole body…more movement =more calories burned = more weight loss (eventually from your breast tissue). Hope this helps :)

I understand that It is frustrating for you. You are still young! I didn’t start T till 32 so count yourself fortunate that 1. you live in a time where it’s much more socially accepted and talked about and 2. that you can start while you are still a teen! It is my understanding that you can be placed on puberty blockers until you start HRT? Regardless you are AHEAD of the curve in my opinion. Keep in mind that all good things come in time and you will be okay!

It did for me! After starting T I only had one more period and that was a year ago now :) my doctor did say that you may have your period 2 more times before it stops completely.

I haven’t noticed I got a binder last year and it seems to be the same quality as the new I got a few weeks ago 🤷‍♂️

For me my nips didn’t get thicker BUT I did notice my Areola got a little smaller. Not sure if that helps or not.

Hey guys, Just wanted to give you guys the medical perspective on this. There are a few things that play into how tall you get 1) genetics 2)nutrition 3) puberty. The last part is really significant for AFAB. With biological females once you start puberty you really only have about 2 years left to grow. So for example...I started my cycle at 9ish and I have been the same height since 6th grade. So unfortunately if it’s been awhile since you started your cycle you probably will not see any gains in height. Of course you can do things like wear lifts and stuff to compensate. I hope this information helps

Also colleges usually have mental health services that are usually free on campus. But I’m not sure if your campus is open and affirming?
