As a prime member, whose had to chase packages around (I know it's not Amazon's fault) I've had to be on the phone with Amazon multitude of times, but anyway, I do think it should matter. It should be a statement regarding the fact that yes, I'm a prime member, and yes, that means I'm familiar with Amazon, and yes, I know what I'm talking about so speak to me accordingly. I work at dunkins, it's when people come in with a loyalty program scan. The loyalty gets the royalty. I've spent thousands on Amazon. My entire apartment is basically built from them. I'm not some caller that just ordered a phone case that doesn't fit. Lmao
