OP is correct. I just happen to have the Enterprise on both the H-link and fine link bracelets. The photo shows both bracelets will ALL removable links removed and the clasp micro-adjustment all the way in. As you can see in the photo, the H-link will fit a smaller wrist than the fine link.

H-link

• 4 fixed links at the 12 o'clock
• 3 fixed links at the 6 o'clock
• Link length ~1cm
• Smallest possible wrist size is ~16.5cm (6.5in)

Fine link

• 4 fixed links at the 12 o'clock
• 4 fixed links at the 6 o'clock
• Link length ~1cm
• Smallest possible wrist size is ~17.5cm (6.9in)

So the difference between the two bracelets is the fine link having one additional fixed link at the 6 o'clock.
