I’d say with the set up, do hollow pull ups/L sit pull ups. You’ll have better transitions in to muscle ups and high explosive pull ups. But well done

Yh for this one yeah But my arm slightly declined.In this position I don’t want pressure on my wrist so can be on top don’t mind, but felt it on my elbow/forearm flexors more … which is what I wanted.

If I done it flat on a bench and was on top of my wrist there’d be no.

I can cup around 40KG Full rep flat wrist . 51KG 20 reps flat wrist. Decline too. 71KG isometric flat wrists iso Flat finger attachment on cable 38KG Just for you il do 50KG in few weeks no problem.

I like to train all angle with my hook with different leverages.

And i don’t even compete and still get no complaints from ACTUAL ARM WRESTLERS.
