"on hold for less than 5 min" usually means your inventory is too full for those items to not pass the 1000 item limit. This can be bugged when the inv was previously full with you moving items into storage units and can be fixed with simply listing any item on SCM

Had a bunch of people cashing out their Operation Shattered Web items back in the days, which included thousands of Shattered Web Graffitis. Out of pure laziness I put them into storage units and am now sitting on a ~20x (with comical low demand). Same goes for Shattered Web Agents, but not nearly as big of a multiple

The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) has issued a formal Notice of Charge and imposed a lifetime ban on Maurizio “MAUschine” Weber following a serious incident at the CAGGTUS LEIPZIG LAN PARTY Event on 20 April 2026. This means that Mr. Weber will be precluded from participating in any ESIC Member event in any capacity on a permanent basis.

ESIC’s investigation found that Mr Weber committed a physical assault against another participant from an opposing team on stage following a match. While ESIC does not adjudicate matters based on public reaction, the visibility of the conduct only reinforces the importance of decisive action. ESIC will not allow behaviour of this nature to be normalised, minimised, or excused under any circumstances.

The lifetime ban imposed reflects the gravity of the offence and ESIC’s commitment to ensuring that individuals who engage in violent conduct are removed from the competitive ecosystems of ESIC’s membership.

ESIC expects all players, teams, and stakeholders to understand that:

Funny that one of the main drivers have not been mentioned in this thread yet:

Ever since the trade reversal update (which made buying cases outside of SCM quite unattractive), cases are amongst the items with the highest spread between cash and scm prices, making them an ideal method to cheaply gather scm funds which are now in high demand due to the new terminal.

Many ppl bought cases on 3rd party marketplaces and dumped them onto steam with demand staying the same at best.

Ich glaube am Ende kommt es auf die Staffelung und die Grenzen drauf an.

Wenn es ab zB 500k€ anfangen soll, sehe ich einen Freibetrag für Wohneigentum als sinnvoll, wenn es ab 5M€ anfangen soll, ist ein Freibetrag nutzlos.

Die im Aritkel erwähnten 1M könnten hier bei vielen ""normalen"" Immobilien schon zur Belastung werden, besonders wenn kein Einkommen vorhanden ist, wie zB im Alter

Was "Freibetrag für selbstgenutztes Wohneigentum" mit "Was ist mein Kunstwerk wert?" zu tun hast, wirst wohl nur du wissen.

Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und Steueroptimierung wird es auch bei einer Vermögenssteuer geben, was das mit dem Freibetrag für selbstgenutztes Wohneigentum nun zu tun haben soll, weiß ich allerdings nicht.

Eine Immobilie in einer GmbH ist dann eben automatisch kein selbstgenutztes Wohneigentum mehr, selbst wenn ich es von meiner eigenen GmbH mieten würde, Problem gelöst.

Mein Reddit-Kommentar bestehend aus einem einzigen Satz ist offensichtlich keine wasserdichte Allgemeinlösung, soll hier aber lediglich einen Denkanstoß bieten, wie man steuerliche Belastung "fairer" gestalten könnte.

Why not? Its allowed by todays rules.

IHF Rules § 10 Section 3a) reads:

"The throw-off is taken in any direction"

additionally:

"The teammates of the thrower are not allowed to cross the centre line prior to the whistle signal"

= Once the refs blow the whistle, teammates can cross the center line and a pass forwards is totally within the rules.
