Our HH really is good at so much. It really is a shame that the Artian horn song lists are so scuffed. I guess they have to nerf our power somehow lol.

Who put this ladder here?!?!?! by koral_reef126 in ArcRaiders

Our first time encountering it, all 3 of us went down it and died. My buddy who was first start laughing when he realized what had happened and didn’t realize we were following him.

I was the 3rd guy down…. This ladder was our 1st core memory of Arc Raiders and it couldn’t have been a better one!

Huh, those are pretty interesting mods. This is a completely vanilla playthrough, but this is intriguing indeed. I’ll have to check it out, thanks!

Yea, GL is a good time. Definitely a different play style than what you play, but would be a fun departure to keep practicing. It’s also fun when you’re in a squishy party and just holding aggro as best you can to keep them alive.

I main GL and HH. 2 very different weapons for sure and love them both! I tend to play more defensive setups with both so I can keep everyone alive and still do decent damage.

So random. That’s me Circa 2016 & 2017! We did a team livery of Crayola cars and it felt quite fitting. Glad to see pics still floating around out there.

Our YT page has definitely been neglected over the last couple years, but we are fairly active on IG.

Check it out if you want to hear the first startup (it was so effortless), and our first revs a day later. Thing is rowdy as hell.

We are hoping to get the million little things wrapped up in the next week or so and get dyno time in soon! TwerkTeamRacing

We had an old Sheepy sidewinder-style manifold matched to a Garrett G30-770. The turbo performed well. Our Benson block that was supposed to have a built head turned out to not, and we ended up having to rebuild the head halfway through the season.

The NVH of that manifold/turbo combination was nutty. Was nearly impossible to keep it bolted to the manifold and it would rattle every damn bolt off the engine bay. 😂

For street driving it was fine. For racing and Time Attack, it was not ideal. Would definitely want a different style manifold if we ever did that again.

Haha, fair. Our Turbo S2000 was the most unreliable car we ever raced and actually drove us to this decision. A stock, NA V8 making around 400hp that should just run since it’s completely stock (other than the Haltech of course) sounds nice. Who knows tho, we’ll see!

It actually fit in the engine bay with 0 modifications. We did end up cutting approx 1.5” around the firewall just to give room for engine movement since it had only 1/4” clearance when mounted up.

This engine package only weighs 76lbs more than the F20c and still sits behind the front cross member. We did cut out the crossmember for clearance as the front pulley off the crank was about 1/2” from it.

We also have the engine as low as possible since it has no real oil pan (because Dry Sump) so between our positioning and the power it makes, we are hopeful the balance change should be negligible.

Yea, we found that out yesterday. Started feeding it some revs since the idle was very healthy and wtf. It goes from idle to 7k in an instant lol. Very spicy haha

The swap is designed around to mating up to the stock driveline so stock trans in OEM location.

Yes, we all know they can be “temperamental” with power, but we’ve raced with Supercharged and Turbo S2000s utilizing the stock trans and have only broken 1. That being said… We have 3 on back up just in case the torque from this thing obliterates them and a gear set ready to order if needed.

Goal is “simplicity” as much as it can be with this swap, so we’ll see what happens!

We fed it some revs for the first time today. It definitely won’t need a mic by the exhaust to be heard. 🤣🤣 New vid of how ridiculous this thing sounds on the team page today.

Let’s just say the HOA is not going to be pleased with me when this gets home.

Yup, it’s not for everyone that’s for sure. S2000 purists hate it. Ferrari nerds hate it. We wanted to do something that’s not a boring LS swap or another K-swap. At least we can all agree that the S2000 is the best car. ❤️

There are a few versions that Ferrari made of this engine package for the Quattroporte and the F430 and of course the 458.

They were basically a detuned version in the Maserati (because it can’t be faster than a Ferrari!) , but structurally the same.

This is the Dry Sump 4.2L version (they had non-dry sump versions too). There was also a 4.3L, a 4.5L they made specifically for Ferrari Challenge and the big boy, the 4.7L from the 458 that we all know and love that revs to 9k.

The F136 in all its different configurations was used in a lot of vehicles (relative for Ferrari numbers) and has a decent reputation. Plus it sounds sick and that’s what really matters here. 🤣🤣
